How is the market recovery

     

 

 

Bucks County is seeing a surge in motivated buyers.  Nice listings that come out are not staying on the market and some are receiving multiple offers.  We have not see this is a long time.  The weather is breaking and seems like everyone is in good spirts and looking to purchase the right property.  The buyer's mindset is still in the mind frame that offers on houses can be put in very low.  In some cases as with foreclosures this may be true.  Although if the house just came out and in good condition, agents are pricing with the current value in the respective areas.  Hope to see more sellers come on the market because if inventory stays low it will drive up the demand and not enough stock out there for the motivated buyer.
